There’s An App For That…

Well, actually no there isn’t, we don’t have a mobile app for our clients.

Does that sound weird? Considering there are companies that offer an app, that allow you to check your messages throughout the day, to see who has called you. Yet, we don’t offer that service. Slightly historic you may think?

It’s not a bad thing wanting to check your messages when you feel like it, but it isn’t personal. On an app you can change your status to ‘on holiday’ ‘in a meeting’ ‘do not disturb’. You could even add notes that you want your PA to be aware of.

But… We like talking to our clients. A phone call to say you’re going on holiday, or you won’t be available so can messages be sent at the end of the day, rather than as they come in, or even a call to just say “I’m out of the office and can’t access my emails, what have you got for me so far today” We enjoy that interaction, we strive to build relationships with our clients, because we are here, Monday to Friday, representing you to your customers.

We have the time to talk to you, we have the time to talk to your clients, and we make it our mission to give you a personal service.

Consider this “Rapport can not be built behind a keyboard, pick up the phone and call them!”

That is why at Virtual PA Co, there isn’t an app for that!

However, we are open to a challenge. If you can think of a good enough reason for us to get an app, get in touch!
