A service for the discerning client…

That’s what we’re seeing… a shift in the typical client interested in our service. In 2001 there wasn’t even a name for what we do, we called it ‘secretarial support for small and growing businesses nationwide’. Not a bad description even today. But we now know our service sits somewhere between ‘a call answering service’ and ‘virtual assistant’.

We’re not a call centre. Of course, we answer calls for our customers, in their company name, but as each client gets their own named Virtual PA, the system and the service is configured so that they only get up to three equally named back-up Virtual PAs to handle the calls, not just message them.

We don’t offer just one Virtual PA, so so what we offer can’t be compared to a work at home virtual assistant. We can do volume but we also do personal.

The big plus is that our service is sophisticated enough to appeal to those who have experienced and are familiar with both of the above. Our new customers tend to need more than a message and by virtue of our extensive administration services (including diary management, order taking, social media, typing, making travel bookings, sourcing hotels and sorting flowers to cite a few), they also get everything they could expect from their own secretary.

Our service reduces workload, makes clients look bigger, makes clients look better and costs a fraction of the salary of an exec assistant.
