I realised this week that between the core team here at Virtual PA Co we have almost 60 years of combined experience. That’s some going!

Some of our clients have been with us since the very start, representing hundreds of years of combined loyalty.

Our team has taken millions of calls and completed tens of thousands of hours of administration since we began our mission in 2001.

We have adapted and triumphed through economic ups and downs, technology glitches, building issues, people dramas and financial challenges, probably just like most businesses both great and small.

One thing that has never changed though is our commitment to a really personalised service. We never wanted to be a 24/7 call centre. A big reason why those of us who’ve been here longest stay, is because we can really get to know our clients, see their growth and progress and get to enjoy the privilege of truly feeling like we are a part of their team.

For some clients I know we are absolutely their backbone, dealing with all their front of house enquiries via telephone, email, web chat and social media. We actually deal with enquiries (as opposed to just taking a message), which means we take and make bookings, appointments and meetings. For some clients we take and make payments, deal with their accounting software, invoicing, mailing platforms, social media, orders and databases. I’m amazed at the variety of clients we have and how much we all learn through the course of our work, and it’s a source of pride to know that so many of our new clients come via word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before.

For customers new, old and potential, our door is always open because we choose to work together in our office (even though in times of need e.g. the pandemic, we can work from home), the kettle is always on and, depending on the day, the biscuit tin is always half full. So, cuppa anyone?
