LOOKING AFTER EACH OTHER…

Yesterday saw record temperatures scorch, melt and set fire to our little island. For the first time the fullest of health warnings related to heatwaves was issued to us all. So, at Virtual PA Co, together, as a team, we took the decision to go home and stay cool. We’re so glad we did! The amazing messages of support we had are (in all the right ways) heartwarming! We hadn’t expected such a positive response.

HERE’S WHAT WE SAID:

Hello everyone

We hope you are staying cool in this unprecedented heat. 

For the remainder of this afternoon, and in future, on any days where the temperature reaches above 30 degrees, we will close the physical office and encourage our team to work from home. 

Where this policy takes effect, please be aware that for some team members it comes with limited notice to adapt working hours and environment and thus our capacity to look after our clients may be reduced. Where this is the case we will, of course, be sure to let you know, and we will do so in the hope that you understand the importance and need to take care and look after each other in the best way possible to ensure a resilient, happy, loyal and healthy team available to help you in turn.

Today would be one of those instances, any missed calls will be picked up and handled at 8.30am in the morning.
