Your Virtual PA Co is a shared resource available to help with whatever you need, you can brief your Virtual PA to handle tasks and calls as you need them to be dealt with.  Our team includes a variety of skill sets and so where appropriate work will be delegated to the best person available but the relationship is always managed by the same small team and lead Virtual PA.

Call answering and handling

Our system is configured so that we can answer calls in your company name, we can then either transfer the call, handle it according to your requirements or take a message and send it on to you in whatever way suits you best: immediately and/or as a summary by email or text message.

We have many customers who appreciate that it is better to have a person answer calls than an answerphone and simply want us to take a message. Equally you may want us to book clients into your diary or appointment system, take payments over the phone or complete a template and give out company information. All of this is what we do best and if you’d like to talk to any of our reference clients, just let us know.

We have no contract requirement, you just buy your monthly package in advance for as long as you need your Virtual PA Co service, (some of our clients have been with us since we started up in 2001).

For many clients we also make calls out to firm up their database or get customer feedback.

Administration or task handling

Whether you require diary management, data entry or audio-typing your Virtual PA can help. Everything from scheduling on social media to research and document preparation and formatting is available on a pay as you go basis, literally payable by the minute. Or, of course, you can benefit from a lower price by buying an advance purchase package.

Your Virtual PA can also administrate your accounts package and prepare, send and chase up invoices as well as organise in and input expenses for your VAT returns and accounts.
